This is a great option for clients that don’t require detailed advice, guidance or recommendations. It’s purpose is to address a single concern only. We’ll provide our best advice in a simple, straightforward format that will be emailed to you.

Compared to our General Consultation – this is a much more in-depth and thorough consultation for those clients that need a little extra help and guidance. We cover a lot of information and you’ll get a chance to ask plenty of questions.

A Skin Review is something you should consider every 3-4~ months. You and your clinician will review your skin plan – including prescribed home care and in-clinic treatments to date and we’ll continue to work with you to adapt and evolve your treatment plan to ensure the best results possible.

Why consider a Skin Review?

Changes to your skin take time and consistency, and we want to make sure you’ve got the support to stay on track and focused on your goals.

• An opportunity to discuss your progress to date
• Review suitability of additional/new treatments
• Discuss and address any concerns you may have
• Adapt and change your skin plan if required
• Photos will be taken and compared to your original photos
• Discuss possible changes to in-clinic treatments and home care

The Skin Review fee is redeemable against any products and/or treatments purchased on the day valued at $300 or more.

IMPORTANT: A Laser Hair Removal consultation must be completed by us prior to any laser hair removal treatments being booked.

If you want to receive laser hair removal treatments with us, then a consultation is mandatory. There are no exceptions! We know it may seem trivial – and if you’ve been to other clinics, you’ve probably been made to believe that too.

However, when it comes to Laser Hair Removal, a good consultation can be the difference between no results, and great results – not to mention the inherent health and safety risks.

Why is a Laser Hair Removal consultation required?

• If you’re a new client, then we have no idea who you are – including any medications and/or medical conditions that may be detrimental to treatment. We need to make sure the treatment is safe for you.
• You may have had laser elsewhere and that’s fine – but we have no idea what machine was used or what settings. We often see clients that thought they were getting laser when in fact, they were getting IPL/SHR – two completely different technologies.
• We need to make sure that your hair can be targeted with a laser. All too often we see clients that believe they are suitable candidates when they are not (eg. their hair colour is not as they’ve described and can not be effectively targeted with a laser).
• We’ll run through pre and post care and ensure you’re well educated of the possible risks and side effects. This allows you to make an informed decision.
• We perform a patch test to evaluate how your skin and body reacts to the laser. This is done in an inconspicuous area so that should (although rare) adverse reactions occur, it’s easily managed. We then have a chance to reassess if laser is suitable for you and it not, provide suitable alternatives.
• We can answer any questions or address any concerns you may have to ensure you’re comfortable receiving the treatment.
