- One entry per person. Any attempts to submit additional entries will forfeit all entries and you’ll be excluded from the giveaway.
- The prizes (Laser Genesis Treatments) are valid for 6 months only and will be forfeited if not redeemed by September 30th 2024.
- To redeem your prize, you will need to call us to make the appointment.
- Any changes to the appointment once it has been booked will forfeit the prize – this includes cancellations and reschedules regardless of the amount of time provided.
- Additional treatments can be added to the prize – simply pay the difference.
- Prizes can be transferred once only to another individual providing it has not yet been booked.
- Once the prize is booked, the individual noted on the booking must attend. It can not be transferred once booked.
